You Ask: Papillon Puppy's Nose Color @ Birth
You ask: what is the color of a Papillon whelp/puppy at birth:
It is of pink.light color. The dark pigmentation of the nose starts to set in at 2-3 weeks.
If it's not changing to a dark color, it's a major fault in the breed.
